You’ve got questions,
I’ve got answers.
What kind of treatment do you practice?
I practice therapy using a variety of treatment approaches primarily IFS - Internal Family Systems, Attachment-based, Somatic, Emotionally Focused and Trauma Focused Therapy. I utilize a mix of IFS with mindfulness and experiential techniques to help clients heal from past wounds, develop effective coping tools, and view recurring stressors from a fresh perspective.
What services do you offer? What are your rates?
I offer both individual and relationship/couples therapy. Sessions are billed by the hour and held online or in-person. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly. Individual session rate is 55 mins | $155 and couples sessions are 55 mins | $175.
What is your process? What can I expect?
I will send you questionnaires prior to our first meeting, which will help us save time and get into the heart of the work quicker. Your first session of therapy focuses on gathering information including past physical, mental, and emotional health. We will also discuss the concerns currently bringing you to therapy. It generally takes a few sessions for a therapist to have a good understanding of the situation. After this, we will devise a treatment plan together based off of your individual and/or relationship goals and needs.
Do you bill through or work with insurance?
I am not considered in-network, but if you have out of network benefits, I can help you get reimbursement from your insurance company. I do offer a sliding scale price structure as needed on a client-by-client basis.
What’s your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 24 hours notice, or you will be charged the full rate for the missed session. I set aside time and space for your session. I appreciate your consideration of my time and work. If there is an unforeseeable emergency, we can discuss waiving the cancellation fee.
